ProteinPow.com – awesome recipes that are high in protein and will help satisfy your sweet tooth

Thugkitchen.com – awesome recipes, including drink ideas.  Strong language, but I think it’s hilarious.

IIFYM.com – Best resource for information on Macro’s and how to figure out your daily needs.  Check out their online calculators.
